The 10x5 metre walk-in swimming pool has a cover that complies with French NF P90-308 safety regulations. The shallow end starts at 3ft and goes up to 6ft at its deepest. There is CCTV in the kitchen overlooking the entire pool area for piece of mind for parents whilst cooking. There is also a shower attached to the pool house and a large stone barbecue adjacent to the pool. The pool has underwater lighting and spotlights that overlook the entire pool area and garden. The pool area is totally secluded, not overlooked from any direction. Clients are responsible for providing personal insurance for using the pool area.

The dining table adjoining the pool seats 12 people and there are several
loungers around the pool. There is a smaller dining table in the shade in
the front garden.
